Wings, A Special Needs Community

Wings exists to enhance the lives of adults with special needs. Our beautiful nine-acre campus is a loving, vibrant space where members can live, create, and truly belong. Through creative post-high school educational programs and specialized job training, we encourage our members to realize the vast potential inside them, achieve new levels of independence, and thrive.

  3. Thanks for one’s marvelous posting! I really enjoyed reading it, you’re a great author.
I will be sure to bookmark your blog and will come back at
some point. I want to encourage that you
continue your great job, have a nice day!

  4. My daughter will be 16 this year and will begin high school next year. I am very apprehensive about the program she will have there. I really want her to blossom more (she has come such a long way)but she is full of doubts thanks to some off the cuff comments about her she has over-heard at school.
Is Wings open only to post high school individuals?
Is it actually a live-in program or just a day program?
Presently she does not have all the self-care skills she would to attempt a live-in situation.
But just being 15 leaves us some time to master those. Is there a waiting list I need to get her on?
Thanks in advance for any information you can give me, Deb McKaughan
