Wings Event Center is the perfect atmosphere to give flight to your next celebration. The Wings Event Center includes Indoor & Outdoor reception areas, Banquet Room, Gazebo, all surrounded by spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and lake.
Wings Special Event Rental Packages include the following amenities:
- Event Co-ordinator on site during event
- All tables and chairs
- Set-up and break down of tables and chairs
- Table linen
- Wedding rehearsal for ceremonies held at Wings
- Complementary wireless internet access
- AV/IT equipment
- Built in sound system (Indoor and Outdoor)
- 10% discount to the Wings Gift Shop
- 50% deposit and a signed contract to guarantee the rental space
- Wings will not be responsible for any equipment, decorations, etc., brought in by an outside source.
- Wings is a smoke free community
- All customers are responsible for adhering to the Oklahoma liquor laws
- Decorations may not consist of tinsel, glitter, confetti, hay, straw, or rice
- Security is required for all WEC events serving alcohol. The cost for security is not included in the rental fee. The WEC will book security for you through an off duty OCSO officer upon request.
- Set up time will be accessed by WEC on a case-by-case basis.

How much time do I have for my event?
A total of seven hours is included for all wedding/reception packages and five hours for all special events, with the option to purchase extra hours. Additional options are available on a hourly basis.

What is included when you rent the facility?
Our packages includes set up and break down of event tables and chairs, floor-length linens, on-site event facilitator, wireless internet, audio visual equipment, built-in sound system, easels, catering prep tables and ice machine to make your big day a breeze. It also includes time to meet with our Events Director to help discuss and plan details of your event.
How many people will the facility accommodate?
Depending on the space you rent and the season, our facilities can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Yes, the use of open flames is allowed including self-contained candles and Sterno. No fireworks or floating lanterns lanterns are allowed.

- Hand Washing Station
