RECEPTION ASSOCIATE
Job Summary: Responsible for a variety of reception and administrative tasks. Duties of the Reception Administrator include providing support to staff and member/families as needed, assisting in some daily office needs, answering and directing phone calls, and welcoming and directing guests, visitors and members as needed.

Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls. Take messages as needed
· Welcome guests and visitors to Wings and direct to staff as needed
· Be the main point of contact and direction for guests and visitors
· Help create and maintain Presentations for tours, groups, meetings, etc.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external visitors and guests
· Respond to customer inquiries, such as general questions and information
· Assist Executive staff with some clerical tasks
· Receive and sort mail
· Maintain confidential records, as needed
· All other duties as may be required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Passion for individuals with developmental disabilities
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e. computers and printers
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams) and Zoom
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Requirements:
· Ability to work some evenings and weekends as necessary
· Eager to work with and empower volunteers to increase Wings capacity
· Meet physical requirements to safely perform assigned duties
Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
